🛒 How to place an order?

🚚 Delivery terms?
Answer:Orders are shipped from India. Delivery of parcels to Russia is carried out by Indian Post (India Post) via EMS with courier home delivery. In some cases, sending is made by regular India Post with the receipt of the parcel at the nearest post office. Delivery of orders to the CIS countries is also possible.
💰 Shipping cost?
Answer:The cost is calculated by the weight of the parcel:
- The first kilogram is 2200₽;
- additionally paid 300₽ for the packaging and preparation of customs documents;
- each subsequent kilogram is 600₽ (which corresponds to 150₽ for every 250 grams of the parcel weight);
The final shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order and is indicated when the shipment is confirmed.
📦 Delivery time?
Answer:Delivery consists of two stages:
- Delivery of goods to a warehouse in India – takes an average of 10 days. In some cases, the period may be extended, depending on the availability of goods from suppliers.
- International delivery to Russia or the CIS countries – an average of 10 to 25 working days, depending on the region and the time of customs clearance.
After sending the parcel, the client is provided with a tracking number for tracking.
💸 Customs duties
Answer:When receiving international parcels to Russia, customs fees may be charged if the cost of goods exceeds the established limit. For 2025, the duty-free limit is 200 euros per parcel. If the amount exceeds this threshold, the recipient pays 15% of the excess amount.
Customs fees are paid upon receipt of the parcel in Russia – directly to the delivery service or by mail.
